When charging postage and handling by credit card,You are to add 18% for postage and handling, please round off to the nearest "quarter" amount. - In order to do this, you will find three listings for "cash" (one for .25, $1, and $5) at the bottom of this order form. For example, if your "postage and handling" is $8.00, you can put a "1" in the $5 box and "3" in the dollar box, or "8" in the one dollar box. Upon receiving your order, we will notify you that we have received it, and the estimated date of shipping.
Every effort is made to ship your order the same day we receive it. We ship package(s) normally U.P.S. (ground destination map) or U.S. Mail. - if you need your order faster, be sure to tell us, there will be an additional cost. When your order has been shipped, we will email you giving you the "U.P.S. tracking number" or when you can expect it if sent by the US Post Office.
