When you are planning a conference/meeting don't forget

to handle all of the pre- and post- production of your event.
VIDEO
- tape speakers and discussions
- $75.00 per hour, (taping time). (There is a minimum fee of $200.00)
- $55.00 for each additional set-up, or change of location.
- camera work is with mini-dvd camcorder producing the highest in resolution and broadcast quality.

-finished on VHS or DVD format
- video reproduction (usually mailed within ten business days of event)
PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM
- We are able to tie into an existing PA System or provide our own PA system, if there is a need, so that the participants will be able to hear the presenters clearly. Fees are arranged by size of the room.
General Comments: At Conferences, the sales video tapes and DVD's is handled by The Video Services.
It is the responsibility of the Conference to obtain permission from the speakers that their material will be taped and offered for sale at the conference and post-conference. This permission is to be in writing - we can supply the forms to be used.Our fees, for these services, plus incurred expenses for travel, accommodation, food, and other expenses incurred getting to and on location including travel by car, at $.51/ mile, including fuel, but not tolls, (which are billed as incurred) will be billed to the conference.
